Q: How long does the program last?
A: I operate on a monthly basis with no lock-ins.
Just a simple monthly fee.
However, I recommend a minimum of 3 months to achieve the initial goal we set together, after which I recommend 6 months to a year to solidify and see the real transformation.
A lot can be done in 3 months, but give yourself 6 months to a year, and you'll be blown away.
Q: What equipment do I need?
A: A gym is the preferred as you have access to equipment that will make your efforts more effective.
However, everything is personalised to your circumstances and goals. So if you travel, don't have a gym nearby or don't want to go to the gym, we build programs specifically for you.
Q: How much time do I need to commit to the program?
A: I understand the demands of being an entrepreneur and the value of time.
That's why my programs are designed to be time-efficient and based on your needs.
With workouts that can be completed in as little as 30 minutes a day, I prioritise maximising results with smart training and nutrition strategies.
You'll be able to fit the program into your busy schedule without compromising your other commitments.
